no, its not the email for my forum account, but I'm sure its a *@global-mark one.

I'm just the sysadmin trying to upgrade it for our company.

I'm wondering what task are you trying to complete?

According to our record, you are using AccountRight Enterprise, which is not available in the new AccountRight platform, so the file cannot be uploaded online.

7 is the company id

I've located your account, and noticed that you've already have a company file online, the file ID is 7. 

When you launch AccountRight, please choose Open a company file > Online > log in with email address & password then this online file shall be listed on the right.
