Hi Clover,

 

We are not using any of the Enterprise features which prevent upgrade (ie. negative inventory, multi-currency, multi-location).  Going by the advice in the forum post https://community.myob.com/t5/Moving-to-the-new-AccountRight/Upgrade-Downgrade-Classic-Enterprise-to... we should be able to upgrade with no problems?  If we can't upgrade Enterprise to AccountRight 2019.2 what are our options to be compliant with STP??

Looking at your account, we don't have an AccountRight Live Owner listed for your serial number. As such, I've just sent you a private message on the Forum to get that set up for you and added to the account so you can upload that file.

What I can see there should nothing prompting you for uploading that company file to the cloud. Do ensure that you are using the email address that you are using log into this Forum when prompted.
