I have avoided this step cause invariably I am going to come across some hick-up; but unfortunately I now cannot avoid this upgrade as v19.14 will no longer be supported.
Just wondering if I need to do anything (apart from backing up) with my files before I upgrade my program.
As long as you have a strict backup protocol including the programme installers, you really don't need support with v19 so you can stop paying MYOB. My clients and I have been without support on v19 since the first v 2xxx came out - we all stopped because it was so slow and bug ridden and this still appears to be the case. There are alternatives for STP and ATO compliance so please feel free to private message me if you would like more information.
