Generally unhapyy with new AR.....many small issues make for a very frustrated user

Just wanting to voice my disappointment and the new AR format. 

  • I find it extremely slow now that we are on the cloud.
  • How you click into a field to add in a $ figure isn't straight forward anymore.
  • do no like the invoicing layout having to add in Header Fields if you just want to write a description - now takes longer to generate an invoice
  • constanting needing to close due to errors
  •  just took me 10mins to change the payment date in a bill payment.  I refreshed and the date changed but the rest of the file doesn't acknowledge it.  Ended up having to delete the payment altogether and then MYOB crashed (again) with an error.
  • Not sending emails anymore when it crashes as it is a waste of time and i literally loose 30mins easy a day if I wrote an email every time.
  • I am frustrate as the new Single Touch has forced businesses to be reliant on the likes of MYOB and they put out substandard software, undermanned help desk which ironically wouldn't be undermanned if the product they realeased was working properly!

  • I would recommend checking out our Speed and performance tips to help things run at their best.
  • If you do see an error, please feel free to send in a screenshot and the community would be happy to try and assist you with this.
  • You may wish to install the AccountRight Timeout Extender to help reduce the amount of errors you are seeing. Please consider the following information before doing so- As this does involve modifying a key configuration file for the software on your computer we strongly recommend that you get an IT Professional to assist you if you are unfamiliar with modifying these types of files.
  • If you have any questions about STP, please do not hesitate to ask.
