I find it very frustratibng that I have to be on hold for 30 mins and yet dont get to speak to someone.
I recently moved to a new account right and requrested myob cancel my old account- this was not done on time. then they did it without telling me the cut off date- now I have a read account upto date but missing transactions on my new account !
I tried calling too long wait time.
Its dissappointing that every year the subscription cost increases but not the quality of service.
