Hi,
I just started using AccountrRight from the browser and from my Macbook. I would like to run reports, I can run most of them but after several attempts some would not load. I would like to generate Job P&L reports, any advice? Thanks

Welcome to the Community Forum!!
Can you please confirm if you're getting any error while trying to run the Job P&L report in the browser version or it keeps on loading and never generates completely? Also, if you switch browsers or change the report filters like shorten the date range, is it then making any difference?

Thanks for your quick reply.
I'm working with Chrome, many other reports work but those ones don't:
- Job activity
- Job P&L
- Job Transactions
- Accounts list report
I'm attaching a screen shot with the error message.
I don't see where to run a Job Budget analysis either.

We are aware of an issue where a similar error is displayed while running job reports from the browser version. So we can identify if you're impacted by the same issue, can you please attach a screenshot of the console log on the window on which you get this error. The console log can be opened by using either of these three methods:

Thanks for attaching the logs, this is the same error I was mentioning. Our teams are aware of this issue and are working on fixing it permanently. In the meanwhile, please run this report from the desktop version as it cannot be run from the browser at this stage.
