Lost line items and setup super portal

Having problems since the last update, Lost all line items and have had to re-setup super portal. Bank feeds are also not matching up and unable to find payroll payments in the allocations when matching the bank feeds. 

 

It's anyone else having these issues??

Hi @Beau1,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

So that I can resolve your lost items issue, could you please confirm the last 4-digits of your serial number? I will need to run a script over the file to correct that.

 

In regard to your super payments, you will need to sign up for this service as we are no longer using SuperPortal. We are instead using PaySuper which is now processed by SuperChoice.
