Hello all,
Our company file got upgraded to the 2020.1 version, yet I can't download this version because the latest one that I see is 2019.4
Now I can not access any files.
Anyone having a similar issue?

Yep...I'm having exactly the same issue. Can't do any MYOB work and can't see how I can take my data back to 2019.4 level so I can?

Currently the AccountRight v2020.1 download link is not available in my.MYOB for public, due to a delayed staggered release.
Since your online company file is already upgraded to v2020.1, then all users will need to use v2020.1 to access the company file. I've sent you a forum private message with the download link attached. You can find the message by clicking on your avatar from the top right corner, then click on the mail icon.

I have upgraded our file to Accountright plus 2020.1 and our company file has been upgraded to this but I cant seem to download the upgrade on my home laptop.
Can you please assist.
