Moving client file to online

I need to move client files to online. Can someone assist me with this please

I can’t access one of my clients files as I get an authentication error. It’s under my serial number and I can access my own file

Hi @Jo-AnneD 

 

We did receive some client reports of AccountRight not working as intended and crashing around the time of your post. From the information, I have received that has been resolved as such can you try that process again and let us know how you get on.


If you are still unable to upload that file can provide additional information into what is occurring? i.e. you mentioned an authentication error what is the exact wording on that message? Also, if you are uploading that file to the cloud, can you open that file and go Help>>About AccountRight to get us the Product shown in that window.

Morning, this is the error I am getting while trying to access my client's file. The serial number is the same as mine and I am able to access my file and other client's files. But for some reason not this one.

The screenshot you have provided doesn't appear to have uploaded successfully. 

If you are still having an issue with that file, do provide that message again so we can investigate further.
