Old Electronic Payments

I have upgraded to AccountRight Live. When I go into Electronic payments there are 10,048 closed payments for wages backdating to 2008. I have started selecting 50 at a time, creating a bank file, then reversing that payment as it's not actually a payment. But I go back in and they are all still there. Given there are over 10,000 payments, how do I get rid of them . It must be an error in the upload becuase they werent showing before I did this transfer to AccountRight Live

Re: Old Electronic Payments

Hi @DianaYoung,

I can confirm what @sholt73 has said. The page he has linked you too is creating a new account which is what you definitely need to do.

If that works for you please accept @sholt73's solution.

Cheers,
Jake

Re: Old Electronic Payments

Thank you. I will give this a go next Wednesday when I do the payroll and set up a new account and see if that resolves the problem
