Printing Mailing Labels - can not print 2X7

Hi, I had issue on printing the mailing labels. I chose form of 2X7 per page in the "advanced filters". The result only came up with 1x1 label. I tried to do the setting with the form. No lucky happened.

Can someone advise me how to fixed that with Accountright 2019 please?

Re: Printing Mailing Labels - can not print 2X7

Hi @Carson

Thank you for your post.

If you are printing labels for one customer card, then you would have to specify 14 in the "Print (number) Mailing Labels per Card" on the Print Mailing Labels window in order to get labels printed in 2 X 7 format. If you have 1 mailing label selected there for one card, then it would only print 1 label on one page regardless of the form selected in the Advanced filters

If you are printing labels for multiple cards at the same time, then you can leave this setting at one label per card and it would start printing the labels in 2 X 7 format automatically.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions.

Kind regards,
Komal

Re: Printing Mailing Labels - can not print 2X7

Hi Komal,

Thanks for the advice. I just tried this way by filling 14 in the window to get labels printed with 2x7 format. - Yes it comes with 2x7 format. However 14 pages were printed. That was insane.

Can you please help that again?

Re: Printing Mailing Labels - can not print 2X7

Hi @Carson

Can you please confirm how many cards were selected for printing? It would  print 14 pages if 14 cards are selected and 14 labels are specified to be printed per card.

Kind regards,
Komal

Hi, Only one card (customer) is selected on the window, and select "2x7 format" in the advanced filters.

Re: Printing Mailing Labels - can not print 2X7

Hey @Carson

In that case, can you please check the number of copies entered in the printer preferences.

When you click on print, you would get a window for printer selection which would show the number of copies to be entered for printing. If that is 14 instead of 1, 14 pages would be printed.

Please let us know how you go with that.

Re: Printing Mailing Labels - can not print 2X7

Yes, I manually changed the number of copies 14 into 1. That works.

Yeah! awsome  -- Thanks for the advice.
