Hi @Matgroup 

 

Looking at your serial number you are licenced to use 1 company file in the cloud, we are showing as that entitlement being consumed by company file ID 32. If you do have additional company files that you would like to use Live services with additional subscriptions would be required to be purchased to allow those files to be uploaded/using those live services.

Alternatively, if the company file are required to be stored locally and without live services then you can upgrade those files locally as per Help Article: Upgrade without putting your company file online

Thanks Steven. I can deactivate company file 32 as we no longer required this. Can you please advise?

 

I will also look at your article re: upgrading but not putting online.

 

Why am i getting the error message though regarding the incorrect serial number?

Hi @Matgroup 

 

I've sent you a private message on the Forum about removing company file ID 32 from the cloud.

 

In terms of uploading the other company file and encountering the serial number doesn't match your account, it is caused by not using the AccountRight Live Owner's email address to upload that file. Looking at your account, the email address that you use to log into the Forum with is not the AccountRight Live Owner's of your serial number, thus would not be able to be used to upload that replacement file. You would need to use an AccountRight Live Owner's email address to upload.

Hi Steven,

 

I will check the private message shortly. I am and always have been the registered owner for our MYOB subscription so I am not sure why you are showing a different email address? Please advise.
