STUCK IN BACKUP

Need urgent help please... One of our company files is stuck in backup and cannot be opened.

 

Using Accountright Plus AU 2022.7.0 (Our other company files that I can still access are build 2022.7.24.7020 so I'm assuming this file is the same build)

 

I've tried exiting MYOB & re-opening and also shutting down the PC...it still says 'stuck in backup'

 

Our staff need access for invoicing early in the morning.  How can I fix this please?

Thank you for your reply,  I managed to find a phone number to call & phoned first thing this morning.  The file is now accessible. Thank you
