Saving Invoice Batches to PDF

Hello
I am having trouble saving an Invoice batch as one PDF document.
I select print invoices then select the invoices then select print Microsoft Print to PDF.
But it wants me to save all the selected invoices as seperate ciles and not one file how do I fix this.

Hi @Maningham

 

As AccountRight passes each individual invoice to the printer as a separate print job. This does mean if your printing to a PDF printer, unless the printer itself can combine multiple print jobs into a single PDF, then each individual invoice would be “printer” as a separate PDF.

 

To amalgamate the different individual print jobs into a single PDF you would need to use a PDF printer that has the functionality to combine them into a single PDF.

Even though you could do it without fuss in V19.   Congratulations MYOB - you've gone backwards.  This AccountRight is so bad!!
