Serial number doesn't match your account

Hi There,

 

we have an error message saying the serial number doesn't match with my account.

 

I have checked the serial number recorded in my.MYOB which is the same with the one showing in the error message.

 

Could you please look into this for us, thanks.

you can read up on the error on this post: Error: The Serial Number doesn’t match your account

 

if you're using the email that myob should have listed as the Owner of the account (Or the admin) then it should work, if not then someone at myob needs to take a look at the CRM to figure out what's going on (post on that thread)
