I'm not one for complaining but ringing MYOB to get Tech support is ridiculous - so far I've been on the phone waiting for over 1 1/2 hrs!! I'm hearing this more & more -not sure if anyone else has the same issues!

Finally after waiting 2 1/2 hrs have just finished speaking with a Technician he was great, the service isn't :-(

yes always when you need to speak to experts. It is better you post it to forum rather than onhold for a hour.

You may get some good response.
