Transferring Customised Forms To AccountRight 2018.4 SE

I want to use my customised forms in AccountRight Premier v 19.15 in a new company setup in AccountRight 2018.4.

I am unable to Export them and I can't find a file where they may be copied from.

Does anybody have any idea how I can access the forms in the AccountRight Premier v 19.15 company.

David

@DavidFav

Hey there!

To bring the forms over from v19, this is using a Migration process rather than an export/import. You can find this under File > Migrate Custom Forms

Here's a MYOB Help Wiki on the process: Upgrade task - migrating personalised forms

Hi Tingspace,

The Migration looks for a folder with the forms in it.

AccountsRight Premiere does not have a seperate folder for forms.

Regards

David

Re: Transferring Customised Forms To AccountRight 2018.4 SE

Hi @DavidFav

Typically AccountRight v19 has a specific folder for it's forms. Normally located in: C:\PremierClassic\Forms

All customised forms are placed here for usage in the software. When migrating to AccountRight 2018, the forms are then kept in the database and there needs to be a migration performed using the same steps that @TingSpace linked you to.

If you can't find the forms folder, you might want to search for the .FRM files on the computer and then point the Migrate Forms window to that folder to pick up the forms to migrate them across.
