Hi @Slattery

 

From your PDF attachment, that sounds like it's it's missing a Primary Value in the Tax Codes.

 

To check this, could you open this in your V19 software and go to: Lists > Tax Codes (GST Codes for NZ releases)

 

Once here, could you check each Tax Code has a Linked Account for Tax Collected or Paid where required? Here's a support note with the same steps for a similar problem: Error: "You must specify a linked account"

 

Be sure to also check N-T, this should have Linked Accounts for GST Collected and Paid. While this doesn't throw errors in V19 this is required for use in 2018.4

Thanks for that info. I am trying it now I have made all the adjustments to the Tax Codes. This will also help at my other job as we have that error "you must specify a linked account" popping up all the time now we have upgraded to 2018.4

I suggest you run your v19 for a while as a comparison as you will see on this forum, many have had problems with the new version, especially with speed and reliability.
