Unsuccessful: Migration failure

I don't know where to post the log, Accountright says contact technical support - but can not find a link to do that.

 

I tried to update MYOB for ONLINE but got an error telling me to try it offline.

I am upgrading from MYOB Account plus V18

 

Offline also getting an error - here is the log.

Hi @shanetpbs

 

I suggest you install v19 from here https://www.myob.com/au/support/downloads

 

Upgrade from v18 to v19, then try to upgrade to AR2018.
