Upgrading from V19

Hi, I am upgrading from version 19 to the new accountright v2018.4.  My subscription allows 1 file online.  I try to upload this file to upgrade and I keep getting the following message.

 

"Accountright live subscription required"

 

I go online and can see that my subscription is current (doesn't expire til March 2019)

 

Why is this happening?

Hi @Orloff

 

Looking at your account I can see that there is already a file online. This file can be viewed by opening your AccountRight and going to Open a Company File >> Online and entering your details. As you only have the one subscription there can only be one file online, which is currently being filled

Thanks Neil.  I recently spoke to someone at MYOB and the wrong file was uploaded.  They were deleting it so there was no file online, so that I could go back and upload the correct file.  Do I need to call them again?

Looking at your account I can see you have been in touch with our team and they have assisted you with removing the incorrectly uploaded file and uploading what I presume is the correct one.

Yes, I called them again and had them remove the file.  I have since managed to upload the correct file.
