Upgrading no support

Trying to upgrade from an old version I stayed on phone call for 1 and 1/2 hours and no answers.

Sorry to hear you've waited long to reach our phone support team. Have you since spoken to someone about the upgrade?

 

If not, could you please let us know what the problem is? Generally speaking, if you are upgrading from the classic range (v19 or below) to the new AccountRight, there are a few things you should know/do before upgrading.  

 

With an active subscription, you can choose to upgrade the company file online. It will upload the company file to our migration team, who will fix any errors and complete the upgrade for you.
