User Access Status change

Hi all,

just wondering if someone can help me to change a status of one our online MYOB user`s access without deleting the user name (AccountRight plus version 2023.3.0). Currently the The User has been set up as "Online Administrator", but needs to be moved to "Online File User". Thank you

Thanks for your post.

In this matter first, you may need to Edit and delete users to cancel the administrator access then you may Invite a user to an online file again.
