It it possible to set up a queueing sytem, call back, whereby one does not have to wait on hold for extended times.

A BS response Why can you not return a call? An email from a noreply address doesn't resolve a thing.

It's such a joke. I'm almost at 3hrs. Not to mention the hour on the online chat. 1 online person and 2 in the call centre. No answers just you'll need to talk to another department. How exactly do you talk to another department. 3 hrs of waiting on hold. AND we pay for this premium service.....
