Why is Helpdesk not answering during system outage?

I understand the system outage has been extended from 9:30am to 12:30pm, but why has the helpdesk been closed down? No-one will answer my helpdesk calls. Instead I tried the Chatline but was timed out after no response. I am feeling frustrated at the lack of service support. We are waiting for our customised form migration from v19 to AR to be activated by MYOB and notified by an email, but this has been more than 24 hours now and still not activated.

I'm sorry to hear that you have difficulties in contacting our phone support team. If you do have any enquiry you are always welcome to post on this Forum, I'm sure the MYOB Community would be happy to assist.


In regards to your enquiry, if you do have a customise form from v19 that you are wishing to use in AccountRight 2019 you would open the company file and go File>>Migrate custom forms to migrate that form. Our Help Article: Upgrade task - migrating personalised forms would be able to assist with that process.
