'You don't have permission to invite a user to use MYOB'

Hi, I'm wondering if theres a fix for this. I am currently trying to add in a new bookkeeper but when trying to send the invitation I'm getting the error 'You don't have permission to invite a user to use MYOB' even though I am an administrator. Thoughts?
