account right premier 19.15 upgrade to accountright 2019.2

This morning upgraded from accountrightpremier v19.5 to accountright 2019.2. downloaded from my.myob through my account. when i try to upload my files i get wrong serial number and asked for a new serial number. i have not received any emails with new serial number and it is the right file to upgrade. been on the phone for several hours, currentlyl on hold waiting transfer for 30+ minutes...

Hi.

 

I am also having issues trying to upgrade from Premier V19.15 to the new online version. I also had been on the phoen for over an hour and couldnt hold on any longer.

 

The error I am getting is that I have the wrong serial number but this has been checked and it is all ok.

 

Please help.

Hi @linda_3636 

 

This error generally occurs when the email address used to upgrade the file is not the AccountRight Live owner.

 

I've located your account based on your forum details. Your forum email address is the correct and only email address that has access to upgrade the company file online. Please be sure this is the email address used to upgrade.

The email address I am using taiirwin@taiirwin.com.au is the one I am using to log into MYOB and then upgrade.

 

We did have an old email address for the subscription but I am using this new for everything. All monthly invoices are coming to this email also taiirwin@taiirwin.com.au

 

What else could the problem be?

Thank you for the update. That is the correct email address, and just to double check, the correct serial number ends with 8950. 

 

I've just refreshed the records on our end, could you please give it another try now?
