we have been trying for 1 full week to upgrade to MYOB on the cloud. online version.
when we upload our MYOB data file (we are currently using 19.12.0) to 100% we continously get the following error message :
SOMETHING WENT WRONG
THIS SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE RIGHT NOW , WHICH MEANS WE CANT UPGRADE YOU FILE.
PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER
WTF !!! FOR A FULL WEEK
MYOB consultants have no idea whoc an assist us????!!!
My suggestion would be to check what version you're upgrading to. The latest version is 2019.1, however it looks like you're trying to upgrade to a version of the 2018.x series that is largely decommissioned.
Could you confirm for me if this is something you have already tried?

I am uploading using 2019.2. I have one multicurrency transaction from 2017 in the .MYO file. This seems to be the stumbling block. This is the error I get is attached. The 2019.2 software seems to try to upload it then it just halts.. Eventually showing the error message attached. It does show a message that it detects multi-currency and do you want to proceed.

I've found out that the upgrader does not currently handle Professional, Time Billing or Miscellaneous layouts and will fail to upgrade these.
Ways to continue upgrading in this case would be:
Just as a small note, currency codes in the AccountRight 2019.2 are set in the International Standards and if you have currencies not matching those code standards then this will also cause the upgrade to fail. IE: the code USD might be USA in the software. This will cause the upgrade to fail, you can solve this by customising the name to USD and trying to upgrade again.
