Accountright Enterprise V19 file upgrade to 2019.1

Hi there,

 

Have just tried to follow the upgrade path for v19 Premier to AccountRight Live 2019 but it failed. I even followed all the pre-upgrade tasks of purge/optimise/check currency codes. I was certain we only used item/service layout, bank accounts, trade debtor and creditor for multi currency, but still seems upgrade could not take place. I have been waiting for years for this bug to be sorted, am loathe to conduct a file export/import process in order to upgarade unless I have clear steps of the process outlined. We've paid for full support for many many years with little need to use that support, now its time for MYOB to step up. We need assistance. We need it now.

 

Have sent 2 emails to sme-escalations@myob.com today, no response.

I’m sorry to hear that you have been having difficulty with your upgrade even after performing the requisite tasks - Upgrade a Premier multi-currency company file  .  I’d be happy to investigate that further and have sent you a PM to confirm some confidential details for the account and file in question.

I have the same problem, trying to upgrade from V19.  Have been promised help from another Community Manager, but she doesn't respond to any of my messages now Smiley Sad  Are you able to assist please?

I have been in contact with the Community Manager who has been away on Annual leave and she is currently working with the team to get help.
