Can't change exchange rate on payment transaction or edit bank account

Can't change exchange rate on payment transaction or edit bank account

Just upgraded to MYOB Premier.  We paid a supplier in CNY currency and i want to change the exchane rate it was recorded at as well as the bank account (the wrong bank was selected).  But the fields are greyed out so i can't edit anything.  Does this mean i have to delete the transaction and re-enter each time??

Greyed out fields means that you cannot directly change the information in that particular field. There’s a couple of different reasons that the fields may be greyed out, and as such may be able to be overcome.

 

If this payment has been included in another transaction, like an electronic payment, you’ll need to delete the electronic payment first before some changes can be made to the transaction.

 

Assuming the transaction is not included in another transaction, then you would be looking at deleting and reentering the transaction with the correct information
