Foreign Currency

I am subscribed to Premier but multi currency is not coming up as an option neither is any products in my account.  Can someone please explain how to access this feature?

I will do so.  I wonder why this was not provided as the person who sold the product told me to call the helpdesk and wait for up to 1 hour.
