GST 101 report reverting back to 12.5%

Good afternoon, we seem to have a GST report glitch.

We are doing the last two months GST, the form has printed out with divide by 9 on boxes 8 & 12 to do the GST not 15%. This has given us the incorrect figures.

We have checked the GST is set for 15% and that the reports all say 15%.

We are on Accounting v19 and it hasn't happened before. WE did do an end of year roll over at the beginning of the month.

I would recommend taking a look at my previous post on Wrong GST form generated for possible causes.

In your case you may not be able to download the AccountRight 19.5 version from your my. MYOB account and as such I have sent you a private message to arrange for that.
