Hi @Chandabry David,
Have you logged in as as administrator to the file?

Hi @Chandabry David,
Is your file online? - I'm guessing you are the owner to the file or an administrator on the first login access?
I did a GST filing with a customer recently and I saw she had to put administrator and passowrd in again - as part of the lodging process - was wondering if that was the problem?

Hi @Chandabry
Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge
Great to see @jenniek has been offering your assistance.
Generally, this particular message occurs when preparing the GST return as the IRD login or an AccountRight Live login is remembered and has been changed recently. If you are receiving this message I would encourage you to clear the browser's cache - Refreshyourcache.com This should clear out existing data i.e. login information that the browser may be retaining allowing you to start a fresh.
Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Hi @Steven_M The site you suggeted iss designed for Chrome 27 whereas I am running Chrome 59. That said I cleared the Browser History with everything ticked. When I tried again I got a different process where I was asked about what cerificate to use, then it went to the same error.
Thanks David

Hi @Chandabry
When you received that certificate prompt what option did you select? If you have selected Ok, do refresh the cache and select Cancel. This should allow you to generate that GST Return.
