have been hold for 2 and a half hours today and spent 2 hours on hold yesterday, so thought I'd try another way.
I can't do my latest GST filing
Error I get is
Login to myIR: Please login to myIR so that we can retrieve your data for your return.
Can't find anywhere to login to myIR in essentials (except in payroll where it is now working correctly, after I reauthorised after latest IRD upgrade). So payroll filing is working but can't do my GST filing
Have tried deleting all my cookies and stored cache as recommended, tried from a different machine. Nothing is working, and still on hold! (been next caller in the queue for 45 mins!)
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Another day, and now over 8 hours on hold waiting for a response....when I finally get a person to talk to they ship me off to someone else and back to the same hold music for another hour....come on MYOB train your support staff to deal with problems so we can go about our work

We're sorry to hear about your experience with our support teams. This issue can happen if the pop ups are not allowed on your browser, can you please ensure pops are not blocked and check if you're then able to file without the above error ?

Have pop ups enabled, have tried different browsers, have tried removing all security measures, all to no avail. Now at over 15 hours on hold with you. Every operator I get puts me on hold for a tier 2 support person and I wait on hold until the phone cuts out after 3 hours (was next caller in the queue for over 2 hours on my last call!). Only good thing is that I now have researched how to convert my file to XERO. I have 3 businesses that I use MYOB for and looks like I'll move them all over this week if no support.
