The last 6 months I've not been able to lodge my GST return through the essentials GST Lodgement.
It creates the file, and the return, but I click on FILE, then I hit "confirm" to go to Inland Revenue, it comes up with the following message:
I've tried clearing the chrome browser history on the advice of MYOB call center, and then also rang IRD to find out if they know anything at their end, and nothing has worked.
Has anyone else come across this - and a fix?? It used to work fine, but then around March something changed and I've been manually sending my GST returns through to IRD ever since.
I'm on a Mac computer.

I have the exact same problem so keen to hear how to fix this. I'm on a Mac and tried using Chrome and Safari but still get Error 403
