IRD connection issues

Could not contect in Sept, and now again in Oct.  Have done manually.  I could always connect through prior without issues.

 

This is my MYOB error message that i get!!!

 

 

Your GST return could not be pre-filled because Inland Revenue returned the following error(s): IRD response code: 1, Error Message: Authentication Failure, Error Description: No error description available

Hi @victoria77 

 

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. So that I can look into this for you can you please provide the following information:

 

  • serial number
  • Last 3 digits of the IRD number being submitted (not what is currently displayed on the screen)
  • Time of incident 
  • URL - The URL of the page the issue occurred on. (Press F6 in your browser to highlight the URL)

Last 3 digits are # 475.

 

Serial # xxxx xxxx 3005

 

Cannot supply time of incident this has occured over the last two months.

Thanks for that information and my apologies, I meant to say in my reply to send that information by private message. 

 

In order to resolve this issue we do need the URL and time of incident. If this happens again please do send me that information in a private message so that we can look into it for you.
