IRD error 4 unauthorised delegation

Im having problems when trying to pre-filling my GST

it keeps showing Unauthorised delegation, can someone please give me some help?

I'm  trying to link my GST to IRD and it's keeping coming back a connectivity error.

I've been trying for days, already logged off and make sure that I'm using the correct email, but I can't connect it to IRD.

can anyone please help me?

Thanks for your post. We will need to look into this with our teams, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

• Product serial number 
• Email address 
• Last 3 digits of the IRD number
• Time of the error 
• Copy of the URL at the time of the error (Press F6 in your browser to highlight the URL, copy and paste this entire text string)
