Incorrect myIR login details entered

I have several businesses which I file GST for. I accidently used the wrong login with one business, now I get the error message below. I have cleared the cache on the web browser but I still get the error message. This is not the first time I have filed a return via MYOB.

• Serial number 
• Your full name and email address 
• File name
• Last 4 digits of the IRD number being submitted 
• Time of incident 
• URL at the time of the error (Press F6 in your browser to highlight the URL)
