Incorrect myIR login entered

When trying to file my GST for October/November the myIR file login popped up and I entered the incorrect login details.

 

How do I change these details?  It now will not allow me to file my GST as an error message comes up.

 

I am using AccountRight Online and have searched for an answer to this problem with no luck.

Thanks for your post. If you're still having issues with this can you please send me a private message with the below details as I will need to look into this with our specialists:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File name
  • Last 4 digits of the IRD number being submitted 
  • Time of incident 
  • URL at the time of the error (Press F6 in your browser to highlight the URL)

After being on the phone with MYOB Australia for 2 hours last week, I have come into work this morning and found the issue has been fixed.

 

Thank you MYOB.  An email saying it is fixed would be great, but fixed is fixed.
