I'm trying to file my GST return but there looks to be something wrong in the connection with Inland Revenue. It's "loading" but but there it stops. Is anybody else having this problem?
The IRD has been having an issue with some lodgement services today (21/10/2020), so it is likely that you may have been impacted by that. My recommendation would be to keep trying or to try at a later stage.
From an MYOB point of view, clearing your cache would be the recommendation if it is continuing to occur in the future. However, delaying that lodgement until the IRD services are fully functional would be your first port of call.
Thank you @Steven_M, that is the reply that I had been expecting (IRD having issues) instead of the previous one asking us to do some complicated stuff that did not solve the problem! Yesterday 20/10 same connection issue happened. I will try again tomorrow. (I had already cleared cache).
