Reports: General Ledger Detailed.

Hi.

 

I saved my GL report to excel, however, then came across some invoices that hadn't been entered for the quarter, so I entered the invoices and went back to redo the GL report but it keeps saying there is no data.  I've double checked the dates etc.

 

How can I retrieve the GL report so it can be updated.

Hi @CathyNauta 

 

This error can sometimes be caused by a temporary cache file. Please close down AccountRight first.

 

This file can be found by holding down the Windows key between ctrl and alt and press r.

In the run box type, or copy, %localappdata%\MYOB\AccountRight\2014.4\Cache into the box and click ok.

Move or delete any files in this location.

 

After they have been moved out or deleted, log back into your file and try running the report again.
