So I turned on our MYOB to do the latest GST return, and it said I had to update, which I did.
I entered everything just the same way as I always do, and have done for 12 years, hit create GST return and......
Now, nearly all our income and expenses are missing from the GST report!!! The only things it is registering are manually entered transactions under spend money and receive money. I found the "bank rules" and turned these back on. This did nothing to fix anything. I closed the program and rebooted. This did not fix anything.
I checked back and not only has MYOB "lost" most of our current income and expenditure from our current GST period, which is not showing at all, but it has also wiped nearly ALL of our past income and expenditure from our years of GST and account totals!! And right when I need to send our books to the accountant.... with most of our income and expenditure not being calculated in any totals or the GST amounts.
WTAF?? This is not even funny.
