Unable to access cookies

am having trouble doing my gst filing, coming up with unable to access cookies. I need to do this asap before get penalized.

Thank you for your post.

This is an issue that our developers are aware of and are currently investigating a fix for. In the meantime, you can get around this by copying the URL that appears when your attempting to file the eGST and pasting it into another browser, such as Firefox or Explorer This should cause the new browser to load the eGST page so you can complete the filing. However, if you try the URL on another browser and encounter the same issue, can you please try disabling the samesite cookies of the browser and then trying to run the reports again:


Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome
    2.    Type chrome://flags/ in your address bar
    3.    Find following flags and disable those:
  • SameSite by default cookies
  • Cookies without SameSite must be secure

Once done, relaunch Google Chrome and log in again.


In Safari, choose Preferences and then click on Privacy.  Deselect the following options :

  • Block all cookies
  • Remove stored cookies and data
  • Prevent cross-site tracking
