Unable to create gst return

When i try to run my GST return all I get is the spinning wheel and the Loading..... message.

It doesn't progress any further. Says it will take a few minutes and it usually takes about one minute but that wheel has been spinning for a few hours now...

Last time this happened changing the samesite by default cookies solved the problem, however this doesnt appear to be available to change in Chrome now.

Any suggestions on what is going wrong or how to fix it this time??

Hi @vicki99 

There is known issues with the electronic lodging of GST. I would suggest you create the file manually and then load it to the IRD. (ie manually load the figures at IRD)

Thanks, I finally got through to myob support yesterday and they told me they have been aware of this issue for over a week now.

Their solution is to use firefox in the short term and it is only a chrome issue.

I did sugest they should put this up on their status/ error page as a know issue as I have had many clients emailing me over this issue.

myob really need to up their game with their service and quality of product.
