ird & gst error

Hi, i have migrated from desktop account right MYOB to the browsewr light version.  Now i cannot lodge my GST.

This error appears.   

Your GST return could not be pre-filled because Inland Revenue returned the following error(s): IRD response code: 4, Error Message: Unauthorised delegation, Error Description: No error description available

Thanks your your post. May I know what time you experience this issue? and also can you please send me a private message with the following. 

• Serial number:
• CFID (If ARL):
• Last 3 digits of the IRD number being submitted (not what is currently displayed on the screen):
