Ace Payroll Pay rate structure fields

 I would like to see the field size increased in pay rate structure section. I am adding some employess from another division that have merged with our company. Their previous payroll program -iPayroll gave them a descrition of each payment type but ACE only has space for 18 charcahters and even after abbreviating, I can't give them what they need to see.

Thank you for your post.

The current character limit in all fields do differ from one another within ACE payroll, and unfortunately the description of the payment type as it currently stands is a maximum of 18 characters. You can see this Help Article that describes character limits for each field. However, if you would like to see the character amount increased in fields, please post this as an idea on the Essentials Idea Exchange for our product developers to consider for future enhancements.
