Alternative Leave Rate

Hi,

 

I seem to have an issue with certain employees not having a Rate attached to their Alternative Leave hours owed. When A/L is taken the Rate pulls as $0.00.

I can't see any logical reason for this, as all staff are under "Standard Pay" for the Hourly Rate Method.

This also means our Alternative Leave Balances Report is not accurate

 

Any ideas how this can be resolved ?

Hi @alexking1989

Which Payroll are you using? Have you set up an entitlement for leave? Do you have normal hours per week set up?

Hi Jennie,

 

We are running MYOB EXO Employer Services

All employers are set up for leave.

I can compare two employees with identical setups in their Employee Maintenance, yet one of the employees will have an Hourly Rate attached to their Alternative Leave and the other will not.

Is this possibly caused by not selecting a date when these Alternative Leave Hours were worked ?
