Backup payroll

Can someone please let me know how I backup the payroll data. I spent time online today chatting but the response wasn't very helpful.

It is MYOB Essentials payroll - is that what you mean?

Yes, thank you for that.

Unlike AccountRight, MYOB Essentials does not have a backup function to allow you to save an offline copy of that information. Instead, if you were needing to retain records for ATO compliance requirements you would need to download or print out the various reports and retain these.
