Bank account wrong when importing from payroll

Bank account wrong when importing from payroll

We have changed banks - I changed the account under payroll options - Bank & IRD

But when manually importing the wages file the default account is our old bank account number & I can't 'match fields' as it won't import.

So I have to manually go into the journal & change the accounts each time I import.

How can I change this in myob, I have updated the bank account in myob

Hi @JoC 

 

Can you go to the Maintenance Command Centre and click on Maintain Pay Codes.

Select the pay code and then click the Other tab

Under the General Ledger Liability Code field select your bank account that the money will be withdrawn from.
