Solved: Go to Solution

Can no longer email payslips directly from MYOB Payroll

In the last pay run I went to email payslips through Outlook as normal but got the error message " Printer not activated error code - 30".  Have I inadvertently changed a setting or is there a compatabbility issue,  We're running Windows 10.

HI @artiture

 

Generally speaking the most common reason for that error message is that the Payroll program is not running with Windows Administrator permissions. Our help article, Error: "Printer not activated error code -30 (or -41)", does step through a couple of solutions including how to set Payroll to run using Windows Administrator permissions.

I used the 'Run as Administrator' fix and it has worked.
