Cannot Email Payslips, MYOB just shuts down

Cannot Email Payslips, MYOB just shuts down

Hi There, 

 

I have looked through the community but can't find something specific to my error. 

 

Everytime I try to PDF or email a PDF from MYOB Payroll, I get an error and then MYOB forces me to shut down. 

We are a new accountant for these clients and have had their old accountant email us the file to use. 

I have tried chaning the SMTP address and emailing direct to outlook but to no avail. Everything shuts down the software. 

Any help would be great?

HI there @misstams

I haven't come across your exact problem - however are you running Payroll as an administrator? Was Payroll installed as an administrator? I would try an un-install and re-install of the programme and install as an administrator to see if this fixes it.

I have no idea how you knew that from the gobbledegook error that came up. Thanks heaps.
